Most of my family sessions are child led, this gives them the opportunity relax into our sessions and get comfortable with me being there. Ultimately, I want you to just be in the moment with your family, really connect with eachother.
My focus isn't just to capture your standard tradtional family portraits, but to also capture how you all interact together. Being in the moment and just being yourselves. This is what I want you to look back on and remember.

Book

Get in touch via the contact section on my website. Book in session date, pay your deposit to lock in your date and complete your questionnaire and session agreement.

Prepare

Decide on location and outfits. Read through the client guide. I will touch base regularly and guide you all along the way.

03.

Shoot

I'll touch base and confirm the weather and location the week of your session. Your remaining invoice is due the week prior to your session date.

04.

Delivery

Photo reveal day! You will receive your images within 3 weeks of your session via an online gallery.

FAQ's

How should we dress for our family session?

Neutral, earthy tones are perfect for your family photos, think - whites, browns, beige, rust. Also throwing in a subtle pattern to complement the rest of your outfits always works well together too. You can also run it by me if you get stuck!

What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?

Between 6-14 days is a perfect time to capture your newborn. Especially if you are wanting those sleepy curled up shots.
These sessions are never rushed and allow time for feeding and comforting.

Do you have a studio?

Yes! I have a beautiful little studio in our newly built home in Tuchekoi, Mary Valley where I will do all of my newborn shoots.

When do we recieve our gallery?

You will get a some sneak peaks within 24-48 hours of our session. I generally allow up to 2 weeks to send you your gallery. If there is going to be any delays, I always will communicate this with you.

What's the best time to capture a maternity session?

Maternity sessions are best captured between 28-35 weeks. They can be held at a beautiful outdoor location, my studio or your cosy home.

Can my partner be apart of my maternity shoot?

Absolutely!! This is such a special time in your lives to have documented so I always encourage partners to be apart of your shoot. I will always include a nice balance of both partner shots along with just mumma on her own.
